Just as a car relies on its many parts working in sync to produce a great driving experience, so too does the ERL rely on its most valuable asset: its team members.

The Electronics Research Laboratory employs a range of culturally diverse mechanical engineers, electrical engineers, software engineers, social scientists, product designers, and people from other business fields.

We are creative and confident, innovative and persistent, and most of all we are different! We are adventurous, risk takers, and love a challenge. We strive to bring our ideas off the drawing board and into a car quickly and efficiently.

After work and on weekends we enjoy the many activities California has to offer. Whether it be surfing, hiking, cycling, running or foosball, the employees at the lab know how to have fun. We also have regular activities that involve the entire lab and focus on team building and improvement.
